After running Geoff's "shoulder smoker complex" (brutal fyi) for 2 weeks now I can say that I have heavily underappreciated the high pull movement... I would normally just hit a few light reps before my snatch sessions to just groove the pattern some... after running this complex now for 7 workouts it's for sure going to be a mainstay since I have beat up shoulders and high volume snatches wreck me usually...
Just curious if anyone has other ideas in using them or just overall thoughts? I dont see them programmed much here from SF... just curious why?
