Kettlebell High pulls (dbl high pulls)

After running Geoff's "shoulder smoker complex" (brutal fyi) for 2 weeks now I can say that I have heavily underappreciated the high pull movement... I would normally just hit a few light reps before my snatch sessions to just groove the pattern some... after running this complex now for 7 workouts it's for sure going to be a mainstay since I have beat up shoulders and high volume snatches wreck me usually...

Just curious if anyone has other ideas in using them or just overall thoughts? I dont see them programmed much here from SF... just curious why?
 
I agree. Very useful movement and demanding in terms of stability/rooting and “conditioning. ” I used it as part of KB Strong progression towards double snatch. When I see it buried in a kettlebell complex such as KB muscle I know it’s going to be challenging. I’ve never seen them as a program in their own right but that’s not to say they haven’t been.
