Hello Everybody,

I've been mulling about in my head about signing up for these courses but am wondering if it's truly worth it for me.

For those of you who have attended :
  1. Was it worth the money?
  2. Is it worth it for the lay person who's passionate about strength but isn't a teacher?
Thank you, Adam

If Pavel and / or Fabio Zonin are hosting, yes it is worth it.

Having the opportunity for in-person instruction and Q & A with those guys is priceless. The manual you receive has a lifetime's worth of programs in it as well.

+1, exactly, on both points.

I will be in Denver in 2 weeks for a Strong Endurance refresher.

And a reminder that we have special forum sections to match our special events, so you have a place, after the event, to come and ask questions.

It's fun to write your own PlanStrong programs, IMHO.

PlanStrong:
1 - yes.
2 - yes.

Strong endurance:
1 - yes.
2 - yes.

If you want a bit more, don't hesitate to ask for specifics. :)
