I'd like to see a book dedicated to breath work. An undervalued and often overlooked important aspect to training.
Attitudes towards it seems to be that we all do it, all the time, how hard can it be? Akin to walking. Following some Mountain Rescue team member up a hill and observe foot movement and placement, there is a high degree of learned skill even in walking.
Over the years I've found good breath work can greatly enhance a feat if you understand when/how to inhale/brace properley and again how, and the exhale also can be executed differently depending on the situation.
I kinda cherry pick from my limited knowledge on breath work to fit the situation, always unsure if I have picked the optimum method.
A book to explain it all in one handy place would be fantastic.

I would like that, too. However, it does not seem likely at the moment, as Second Wind Express already covers that ground. Btw: I highly recommend it! In my opinion it is much more helpful for the general crowd than, for example, Wim Hof or Buteyko (which are both great, but more specialised).

The way I understand it, Pavel works continuously on several projects at once and it can take a while until he feels the protocols are tested enough and the words polished enough.
