Just wanted to say I just saw this pop into email a few minutes ago and was very good. Great job. Also interesting to me as we all know there doesn’t seem to be a right answer for form.

Personally- being a former collegiate football player I always think of my swing like I’m form tackling someone. Z in the knees… as we would say(not a squat but rather a 45* bend in knees) for power.

Thank you and glad you enjoyed it.

It's a great article. People seem to forget the hip displacement continuum thing that DJ(?) proposed years ago. It's a continuum. And, different tasks, loads, and body structures will gravitate toward different points on the continuum.

I don't know if Dan John came up with or not, but he is also the first person I was exposed to that discussed it. It has helped me greatly and I also use it to teach clients. The visual of the clock is a great addition
