I don't know exactly what to do here. Am I supposed to do one 1 rep, put the kettle bell down and do 2 reps put the kettle bell down, 3 reps put the kettle bell down and more of the same until one rep again?

I'm nee to this any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

@Raytampa, welcome to the StrongFirst forum!

Please tell us exactly where - link to an online blog, or a page number in a book, etc. - you are reading these directions, and we can help shed some light on this for you.

Thanks.

@Raytampa : Welcome to the forum :)
The given rep scheme is called a pyramid. You go through the pyramid with a rest period between each rep number (so as you wrote) and repeat either for one round, or for rounds as such. If you are doing one handed lifts, you do each rep scheme per hand before putting the bell down.
