GTG Push-up and Pull-up LOG

Log update...

Due to the incoming challenge in the mountain I reduced my current Strenght training plan and Push-ups also. All I do is 100 Power Push-ups combined with Power Jump Squats every second day. Like today, I completed

10x
  • 10 Power Push-ups every 2 minutes
  • 7 Power Jump Squats every 2 minutes.
Starting from today I'm about to do 100 reps of Push-ups every day until the end of the year and see what will happens.

Stay Strong. Stary Hard. Get After It.
 
Do you have some guidelines and recommendations for people who want to learn how to do 100 push-ups ?

GTG work the best in most cases. Regularly practicing the movement will lead to a better mind-muscles connections. But I'm not good at Push-ups, yet.
Please follow the log and over time I will eventually achieve my goal.
 
From the last few days:

Today I did 2 sets of 15 reps and 100 Burpees, which add 100 Push-ups to the overall number of Push-ups.
Worth of notice is that since DEC 12 I do Push-ups as Strong First recommend, Hard Style.
