"160 seconds a day keep the doctor away"

Every 15 minutes throughout the day, do a non-fatiguing amount of work, like 10 swings or 1 pistol ( if you could do like 6 pistols ), and repeat all day. After a couple days take a day off. I like the options.
Interesting. I guess each to his own work rhythm. I prefer thr hourly breaks too.
