Though Im naturally thin, Ive always gravitated to strength & power work. Ive hated cardio & always felt guilty for not putting more effort into it. But today I got the 100 snatches in 4:43 (shared the first sets of 20/20 @nathenschram on IG) & feel a thank you is in order for all the contributors on here that help people learn, better themselves and pass on to others. One of the few social site examples thats a positive in this world. Im not saying I'll be going for the 10 minute test but at least Im not lagging too bad!
