Though Im naturally thin, Ive always gravitated to strength & power work. Ive hated cardio & always felt guilty for not putting more effort into it. But today I got the 100 snatches in 4:43 (shared the first sets of 20/20 @nathenschram on IG) & feel a thank you is in order for all the contributors on here that help people learn, better themselves and pass on to others. One of the few social site examples thats a positive in this world. Im not saying I'll be going for the 10 minute test but at least Im not lagging too bad!

Great job! The snatch test demonstrates an undeniable baseline of skill, strength, conditioning, and fortitude. It's a solid goal and milestone.
