I don't. Missed the occasional yoghurt and a good slice of bread.Yesterday I ate big bowl of salad. I added big amount of peanuts (legume family). Today I had my normal omelettes. I'm in a nightshifts and never really hungry during them.
Today is the last day. I have a little melancholic feeling.

But it definetily helped to quit sweets and add in mor legumes again.
I can live without any rice and other grains which I expected to be harder (except the bread 2-3/ week).

Me too. I eat almonds most and some walnuts. Maybe few bits of dark chocolate sometimes.I will stick to "no sweets" for a while.
