Nutrition 1st week '17

I ate loads of that pea soup today. I can't say that I feel bloated, even that it's a filling stuff.
 
Yesterday I ate big bowl of salad. I added big amount of peanuts (legume family). Today I had my normal omelettes. I'm in a nightshifts and never really hungry during them.

Today is the last day. I have a little melancholic feeling.

I don't. Missed the occasional yoghurt and a good slice of bread.
But it definetily helped to quit sweets and add in mor legumes again.
I can live without any rice and other grains which I expected to be harder (except the bread 2-3/ week).

Helped for my sweet tooth also. Of course I had some cravings too, but manageable. I'm glad we did this.
