Just completed the 2018 Delaware Senior Olympics at Crossfit Dover in Delaware....brought home 3 more gold medals! My 380# deadlift is a new DSO record in my class. (But not my PR385#) I asked for 380#, then feeling good I changed to 400#. Somehow they missed my change and my last lift was loaded at 380#. Oh well, I'll take it.
Lots of fun, there was a 95yr. guy there that deadlifted 110#, I wanna be like him when I grow up!
