2019: Goals?


Level 5 Valued Member
Maintain joint mobility and integrity (OS resets 15’ daily)

Body composition— lose 10lbs of fat. (Can’t outrun donuts, so MUST eat right)

Pistol mastery (follow through on progressions)

Deadlift 2x bodyweight (DDD progressions)

Sufficient cardio health to continue men’s basketball league.

Improve bent press and windmill skills.
