Hello everyone,

I can't believe I haven't been around here since 2014. My name is Anthony. Off and on I have been training with KBs since forever, but haven't done much with them since before 2020. (I've been training, just not KBs). I am 47 and will be turning 48 this year.

Coming off a large (and still going) weight loss transformation. Starting in November of 2022 I cleaned up my diet and started changing my priorities. I'm down from 260 then to 195 now. In January I began to focus on running and yoga. Went from not being able to run a lap to easy 3.5 mile runs.

A few weeks ago I was looking at my training and really wanted to get back to my "roots" so I picked up the old KB and started doing some TGUs and swings and remembered how much I loved training with them.

So now I'm back!

I'll be keeping a training log here.
