I did TB last winter with good results. I wanted a program higher in volume than Easy Strength or the DMPM, but not so hard that I couldn’t also maintain decent aerobic volume. It worked well for that. I made two mistakes. One, Inneglected goblets during the period before starting, so my squat struggled and lagged. Two, I should have just stuck with it for longer before trying to “improve” it.
