Barbell 80/20 + Q and D

Love the site. Just discovered it. Read several Pavel books. I have done CF for 4 years but starting to think all the heavy metcon work may not be ideal based on Pavel's philosophy. Just started 80/20. Would it be reasonable to do Q and D three times in early AM and 80/20 in evening. Can you also add 10 x 10 swings after squat days?

The Q&D is great and can be run with other programs. I think you will find in the forums that many people find success with Q&D and S&S on opposite days.
 
DL 1 x a week, Sqt. and Bench 2 x week, plus Q&D 3 x week and extra swings 2 x week. Maybe if you use 135 on the BB, or have uber human recoup powers
