Just a quick fun story - We had about 18" of snow on Tuesday, so I had to shovel myself and a couple of elderly neighbors out. I realized later that I instinctively did it A+A style: a couple of quick throws of shovel-loads of snow followed by longer slower pushing the snow into a pile and then more throwing-shovel loads of the pile. I didn't realize it, but I alternated like that for 3 hours non-stop and never got tired!

Sounds good, @miked. I've found that when kettlebell ballistics of any sort are in my program, things like shoveling snow are easier.

@MikeTheBear, that was my wife’s on-air name when she hosted a program in Minnesota in her college radio station. “Tabata Snow Shoveling with ya today, spinning the hits.”

Yes, it’s been a long day here.
