So in S and S 2.0 it was recommended that you only forego the talk test once a week, only do this once you are using the simple weights for most of your sessions...

One of the biggest issues we often encounter is we are pinched for time...

Problem solved: use the simply sinister training plan for your once a week glycolitic sessions..

 
I have been throwing this in to my practice since I read this. It’s a great way to mix it up as well as a way to get it done fast. Thanks for posting.
