Wow, great clarifying article. I love that SF is listening to questions on the forum. It is a rare thing when experts who polish their programs/products away from the crowd actually bother to listen to the rest of us.

I just bought the ebook and will read it on the train ride home.
I can only lift twice a week, hopeful there will be an option :)
