This came to mind since I posted about it in another thread.

It is an archive of Bryce Lane's website that someone downloaded and preserved on his own blog after Bryce stopped maintaining it. Lots of great articles and original, creative thinking, including the "B-squat" (p.54 of the pdf) and the "Have it All" program (p.92 of the pdf), among many other gems.

If you love Dan John, I expect you'll love this.

I recommend downloading the pdf. The blog hosting it has been around for a few years, but the most recent post is almost a year old and who knows how long the owner will maintain it. Unfortunately the file is too large to upload here.

Thanks Steve. Ross Enamit thinks highly of his work...love DJ so this will be great reading.
