Goal : Sinister
Background : Been training calisthenics mostly with kettlebells as a side note since 2011. After reading Simple and Sinister, I learned that I haven't really set myself a concrete goal in a long time. I've went through the Rite of Passage with the 20kg and the 24kg but foolishly never took it further than that. So, my goal now is the sinister standard. A is my Current Condition -> B is the Sinister Standard.
My Plan : Following Simple and Sinister until I reach my goals. Trying for daily training but my job is active and varied so I may need to take a couple light or off days. I'll be logging here daily.
