Kettlebell accessory work?!

Does splitting wood count as an accessory? Now that all my wood is split, I'm debating on going into the bush to get more or just drag the tire and sledgehammer out.

Sledgehammer and tire will be a good conditioning training. You can vary intensity with the weight, also use a timer, etc... That is an excellent idea you have

- strand pulls, especially the big 4 (two hand back pull, overhead downward pull, front pull, archer pull)
- lots of "yoke" work(traps, upper back, triceps)
- sledgehammer levers, and swings
- Axel, fat grips, farmers handles, and thick handle dumbbells
- heavy sandbags, kegs, plate loads, and concrete blocks
- short steel bending
 
I follow a program by Dan John with emphasis on swing, goblets and getups every session sprinkled with some 1-2-3 and 2-3-5 presses. On weekends I usually do a challenge. Recently lunges with the bulldog 1+1, 2+2 ... 10+10. The week before was a deadlift and farmer walk challenge with 10 deadlifts with the left followed by 10m farmer walks, brief rest and repeat on the right. 10 rounds. 200 deadlifts and 100m farmer walks. Usually top this off with 5x10 of chins and dips superseted.
