Hello,

I see a number of threads about lower back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain etc.

I have also had my fair ahare of aches, pains, pulls .. nit just from lifting but from sports and past times I did before.

How often are people generally 100% as we get older is it more about injury or pain management rather than avoidance?

Age, and entropy take their toll to be sure.

I have had a lot of high off road mileage. Got a few scrapes and dings along the way too. And yeah, for me a lot of the damage has been done, and it's about management. The same holds true with 100% of my contemporaries.

However... I also see plenty of people my age also nursing aches and pains, and injuries, and they have led a pretty much sedentary life.
