What level of activity is appropriate when you'e sitting at home with a cold? One the one hand, it would be easy to remain motionless all day but I wonder if some light activity might be beneficial by helping circulation or something?

Unless I felt like a jelly, I always continued training when sick. I feel that when you keep on practicing, you heal faster. But listen to your body though: there is a difference between a simple cold and running a fever!

Hello,

Basically, a cold shower helps me a lot because cold increase metabolism. Otherwise, simply and gently walking outside, plus easy stretching. I tend to avoid "hard" training.

Kind regards,
