Full Mobility (Generally on a Variety Day or Off Day)

  2. Bar Hangs -- Passive and Active
  3. Twist Holds
  4. S&S WarmUp
  5. Bretzels
  6. Arm Bar
No Time Mobility (Before a Workout)
  1. Joint Circles
  2. Bar Hangs
  3. Twist Holds
  4. Arm Bar
 
Medium Day

2(1,2,3,4) 16 kg C&P SS w/ 2(1,2,3,4) Chin Ups
3(1,2,3) 16 kg C&P SS w/ 3(1,2,3) Chin Ups

TEST DAY
  1. C&P 16 kg x 1,1,1 per arm
  2. C&P 20 kg x 5 left, 5 right (PR)
  3. USSS snatch 16 kg x 61/3 min (PR)
Okay. So my new ladder kettlebell will be the 20 kg! I'll start on Tuesday with my first light day. I'm going to keep the 16 kg for snatches and going to mix the 16 kg and 20 kg for swings. I'm also going to mix in the 24 kg for goblet squats.
