Some Notes
  1. I noticed my press got better when I told myself to really press the weight. Not just do the motion but really focus on a perfect press. I mean put all my focus into perfect reps.
 
Medium Day

Sw 16 kg / 20 kg / 24 kg x Comfortable Stop/6 min

  1. More Tension for me = Better Form.

So something funny happened yesterday. I've been toying around with my 24kg bell on my variety days. For some reason my form seemed so much better with my 24kg than my 20 or 16. So I decided to use the 24kg in my ladders but take it very very slow. Does anyone know why this is?
 
Variety Day

I did Dan Johns Eagle for 1 Round. So I did 5 front squats with double 20kgs and did some farmer walks down and back.

3 x 1 -- 24 kg TGU

**Front Squats were allot more difficult then I anticipated.**

Okay so a couple things have changed. My schedule is extremely hectic right now. I just don't have time to pursue the Rite of Passage. So I'm pursuing Simple and Sinister instead. I'm not really sure how to log this since it's pretty much the same thing everyday. Maybe I'll just log once a week on Sunday.
