        • May give up supplementation. It just doesn't seem like a sustainable thing. Plus everyday some new study comes out about supplements being harmful or necessary. I can't see myself for the next 70 years just downing pills everyday.

      • Man, I've had allot more sugar than usual this week. I think it's from the really hot weather and my increase in outdoor activity. I'm pretty sure fruit affects your body differently than sugar because it's bound with fiber and other nutrients. Likewise but less so with honey.

Have you ever done any macro and total caloric calculations? Seems like your calories might be chronically low. Have some days where you eat 2-3 meals?

I logged my meals for almost 3 months straight, I think I began back in February or March. Here's the link to MyFitnessPal Diary Adammundorf's Food Diary | MyFitnessPal.com . You may have to search using the calendar function on there.

I used to go back to 2 and 3 meals but I truly love just one main meal a day. My calories ebb and flow but I never really found a need to count. I feel pretty good especially ever since I gave up coffee.
