Have you ever done any macro and total caloric calculations? Seems like your calories might be chronically low. Have some days where you eat 2-3 meals?
Ah yeah. I forgot to mention I may start experimenting with undereating during the day. Just some fruit, veggies and maybe a little protein.

You seem pretty in tune with your body. I'd be interested to see if you notice changes in your strength, stamina, composition, sense of wellbeing etc... Keep us updated.

So when the white rice is charactized as fuel it is a primary source of calories correct? Any idea about how much you consume? Really just curious. I love rice and eat it any time I can.
That's typically what it is but rice is really hard to get enough of to make up the bulk of the calories. I maybe ate 1 cup last night because I was at a Chinese restaurant. Normally I eat about 3.75 cups which is 800 calories.

The only fuel food that makes up the bulk of my calories would be protein and fat but carbs are really difficult to get enough of.
 
8 pm - 12 pm

  • Barbecue Kettle Chips
  • Pepperoni and Cheese Pretzel
  • 2 Hot Dogs
