@Adam R Mundorf lots of coffee there mate.
Yeah, I'm a lover of coffee. I drink 40 ounces everyday. This is worth noting because many places have 12 ounces as a cup. I've stuck with this eating style both with and without coffee. Without coffee I was doing great and I thought why not bring it back into the mix? I just find it to be a really powerful tool. I wouldn't recommend someone who's starting IF or the Warrior Diet to drink much coffee at all until you realize it's sustainable without it.

EDIT : Just realized I've actually be drink 4 cups not 5 cups. So 32 ounces.
