This is where I will be logging everything I eat in a day. I follow a version of the Warrior Diet paired with food layering and combining. I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian. Generally speaking I fast anywhere from 16 to 48 hours depending on my work schedule. The 48 hours is always out of necessity but normally I like to get in a large meal every 24 hours at least. If I do fast for 48 hours, I generally will violate food combining rules and won't workout on that day. At that point I just need the calories especially because I burn anywhere from 4 to 5 thousand calories a day. I'll have a giant meal. I only take three supplements : multivitamin, fish oil and creatine.

      • This is far from ideal, typically I fast for about 16 to 20 hours. My overeating phase is typically much simpler but on any day with fasting over 36 hours, I throw most of my eating principles out the window.

You're eating habits are quite similar to mine. I'm also fasting 18-20 hours daily (lately more leaning toward 20-4 fasting protocol).

Yeah, I find it really enjoyable. Makes life very simple. Ori Hofmekler was really ahead of his time when he wrote the Warrior Diet.
 
@Adam R Mundorf This salad and tortilla was all you ate during your eating window? How long have you been following WD?
Yeah, that's it. I also have some kefir and fruit pre-workout plus 3 cups of Non-Fat Greek yogurt post workout. Typically it's a whole bag of tortilla chips with as much hummus as I like. Today I was extra hungry I had a bag and a half of chips with some hummus. The thing about hummus and corn(tortilla) is that it creates a complete protein plus hummus is made of garbanzo beans which adds an extra vegetables.

I'll probably end up having eggs with olive oil or butter as my main protein source for tomorrow.
