This is where I will be logging everything I eat in a day. I follow a version of the Warrior Diet paired with food layering and combining. I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian. Generally speaking I fast anywhere from 16 to 48 hours depending on my work schedule. The 48 hours is always out of necessity but normally I like to get in a large meal every 24 hours at least. If I do fast for 48 hours, I generally will violate food combining rules and won't workout on that day. At that point I just need the calories especially because I burn anywhere from 4 to 5 thousand calories a day. I'll have a giant meal. I only take three supplements : multivitamin, fish oil and creatine.
