I'm jumping on your lead. I'm done packing a shake or two and sometimes eating crap during the day. If we stop for lunch I'll just get a coffee or tea. If really hungry maybe a salad or a fruit bowl. But I'll have some bcaa, greens, and creatine to break the fast sometime after work and then have my go to of a big salad, a couple cans of tuna, extra virgin olive oil and coconut oil. A protein shake to wash it down before bed.

Nice man. Yeah, I've always liked the concept of the undereating phase. Helps me feel like less of an outcast when I'm forced to eat with people. If you go out for lunch, just pick up a salad and maybe a yogurt or some fruit. You could even opt for some almonds or the like.
