While continuing the rite of passage, I'm trying to do more mobility work. Haven't been giving it the attention it deserves. Mainly joint circling, trifecta stretches, toe touch, downward upward dog switches, passive bar hanging and 3 x 5 prying goblet squats done daily. Some crawling as well. I also incorporate some of Steve Maxwell's five minute mobility routines. I don't usually do a whole separate session, I rather take mobility snacks throughout the day.
