Been working on Al Kavadlos Universal Strength program since I don't have height for a pull up bar in the apartment and my kettlebells are at my parents.

So far it's really eye opening. I really enjoy the variety of movements and their difficulty. The program combines yoga, stretching and calisthenics into an easy to follow routine. I'm excited to see where I'll be a month from now.

Still loving Universal Strength, it's an awesome mix of different aspects of calisthenics. I'm most likely moving on from universal strength 30 day program into the get strong program soon.

I am posting this because I am beyond shocked. I just pressed the 32kg for 3 reps on my right side........ this is amazing. I never thought I could do it. What in the world........
