Off Day
Everything is feeling strong. The gripper work when done really conservatively, isn't interfering with my kettlebell work. If anything it's making me feel stronger, especially with chin ups. I know they say that grip work is specific to the activity but I'm finding benefit from the Captains of Crush. It's getting to the point where I've needed to check the bell weight because it feels like a 20kg instead of a 24.
I'm going to pick up a 28kg soon as my next pressing weight after the 24. The 32kg is just a little bit too ambitious for me, even though I can press it for a few reps, I enjoy the intermediate weights allot.
I've been really diligent with my mobility. Everyday is joint circles, active stretching and three days a week is flexible steel.
