Thank you for setting them out for me. Now I know what I'm missing or not missing. The philosophy of and practical experience with Pavel's work suit me to a "T". I've done 30 years of martial arts, so I quite enjoy that angle of Pavel's work, and I also like how he designs programmes that are light on equipment and space (like kettlebells and the Naked Warrior) - we should be able to get strong with minimal amounts of helping equipment. The kettlebell is brilliant - real world strength as it's offset, and you add force to the moves by amplifying the speed.
