Another lots of goodies session I like is 20 - 30 otm. 10 - 15 squat singles then doubles or triples on the bent press...bentpress triples otm can really get me haha. I also started with the bent press to follow with the squat.@Harald Motz I like your 1r otm squat session, maybe ill flip my bent press/ easy squats session in the future .
