While I am unable to train I have been pondering meek and meary, about optimal times for alternating A+A and Q&D protocols. Would 6 weeks of A+A Snatch training followed by 12 weeks of Q&D be optimal or is there a better method Anna Cannington, Brett Jones, Steve Friedes please way in on this. I believe Pavel states in the Q&D manual that 12 weeks is the bare minimum but I want to be sure.
Thanks in advance.

12 weeks QnD initially, then alternating 6 week blocks
