Not sure what to write so here goes

My first workout is as follows

At work 4 x 25 reps of

Home 4 rounds with 30 seconds between exercises and 60 sends rest between rounds
10 burpees
50 seconds jumping Jack's
14 pushups
30 seconds high knees
25 seconds mountain climbers
30 second plank

My aim is to do this each day till I'm comfortable with each one and it feels like it's easy hopefully by christmas I will try pullups etc
