10x10 KB swings, 24 kg.
10x1 KB get-ups, 16 kg.
1.5-mile run.
3x10 KB presses, each arm, 12 kg.

All of my swings were one-handed. They felt pretty good.
Feeling stronger in my get-ups.
Did some cleans with a light bell (12 kg) to work on my arms.

Get-ups didn't feel very safe, so I skipped them. My back is not feeling 100%, plus I think I was tired from yesterday's presses.

Interestingly, my Fitbit says my resting heartbeat rate has gone from 57 to 64 over the past few days, as I've been getting sicker due to a sinus infection.

During the run, my heartbeat was high from kettlebellin', so I ignored the Maffetone heartbeat target and ran 20-30% faster than normal. I was tired at the end, but it was fun running a little faster than my usual old-man speed (which is about 12 min/mile, to keep my heartbeat rate low).

Today was the first day I tried doing my swings in 5 minutes--and I succeeded! I was really tired, but I felt good about meeting my little milestone.

No get-ups. Tried 'em, but I think I pulled a muscle in my abdomen while sprinting yesterday, so I stopped.
