Today I spent time cutting branches from some trees in my yard with a hand saw. I really appreciate my kettlebell strength.

My left wrist was a bit too sore today for 1H swings. I hope I don't have tendonitis again.

30 minutes Strength Aerobics, 24-kg (clean-press-squat, alternate hands, every minute).
Need to increase the frequency to every 45 seconds.
