Mostly a light say. My abdominals needed a rest after several consecutive days of hard swings.

Rest or recovery days are just as important as work days. Sometimes, you need to just have an easy day, absolutely nothing wrong with them. Keep up the good work!

Rucking, 20 lbs, 2.0 miles.

In early November, I experienced a setback (hard-style swings proved too hard on my knees) while recovering from the knee injury I experienced in August. My knee now finally feels almost normal, so I'm going to try to ease back into strength and endurance training. For now, I've started rucking (with two 10-lb bags of cement) in lieu of running.

I still have pain in my upper back, probably from a combination of arthritis, tendonitis, and inflammation (and a little old age, to boot). Swings and get-ups will come later.
