Rucking, 30 lbs, 3.3 miles.

Walking on level ground with a weighted backpack is not much harder than walking on level ground without one. But walking up hills with a weighted backpack is MUCH harder than walking up hills without one.

Military presses, 24 kg, 2-3 ladder.

I've had tendonitis in my upper back for most of the last year. I'm gonna ease back into swings and presses, while paying attention to my back.

After rucking twice or thrice a week for two months, my legs and torso feel significantly stronger.

Swings, 24 kg, 2H, 10x6.
Getups, 0 kg, 2x1.

I'm doing some swings, shoeless getups, and military presses every few days while monitoring my upper-back tendonitis and knee discomfort. I think I'm still making progress towards full swings and getups, but I'm to have to listen to my body.
