In mid-January, I started rucking 2 or 3 times a week (now carrying 40 lbs). I also resumed S&S at that time after a 5-month layoff from a knee injury and upper-back tendonitis. In the last 6 weeks, all this exercise has reduced my resting heartbeat rate from 70 to 60. Whoop!
