Ruck-mowing, 40 lbs, 40 minutes (lawnmowing with a weighted backpack, just to see if I could).
Rucking, 40 lbs, 0.5 miles (wearing minimalist water shoes, to see if my feet could handle it).
Swings, 24 kg, 1H, 10x10.
Get-ups, 12 kg, 10x1.

Get-ups are still pretty light, because standing from the lunge position is difficult for me (I'm a large person), but I think I'm making progress.

My 32-kg Ethos kettlebell arrived today. I'm not strong enough for it yet (it was on sale), but I hope to be by the end of summer.
