I don’t really have any diet goals at this moment in time, I just wanted to start my own food log to keep myself eating the best that I can and not get too lazy! This is basically my way of holding myself to a certain standard.

June 11th, 2021

Morning:
•1 cup of coffee

Afternoon:
•2 chicken thighs
•3 double yoke boiled eggs
•white rice

Night:
•1 heaping spoon of peanut butter
 
July 5th, 2021

5:00 am: cup of black coffee

5:30 pm: big piece of chicken, little bit of rice

8:15 pm: big bowl of cereal with a ton of peanuts, some cranberries, sunflower seeds, and flax seed with almond milk

Fast: 23 hours
 
July 6th, 2021

5:00 am: black coffee

6:15 pm: big piece of chicken, baked potatoes, many ribs and a small bowl of cereal

Fast: 21 hours 40 minutes

Weight: 176.6 lbs
 
July 15th, 2021

19 hr 36 min fast

1 cup black coffee

4 boiled eggs

1 orange

Big concoction of cereal (~50g carbs) with walnuts, sunflower seeds, peanuts, flax seeds, and cranberries with almond milk

1 slice of pizza
 
September 18th, 2021

9:00 am
•1 cup black coffee

17 hour 9 minute fast

2:00 pm
•1 bowl of diced chicken breast, bacon bits, and shredded cheese
•2 egg and sausage skillets
•2 bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches on an English muffin
