Orders for the paperback book show a shipping date - as of this writing on the book's release date, July 22, 2019, we are expecting that date to change to something much closer. We don't know more than that, however. Your best practice would be to order today and you'll receive the book as soon as we can get it to you.
The electronic formats in which Q&D will be available are currently in process - we don't know when they'll be available, but we're hopeful to have those for you very soon. Again, more information will be forthcoming when we have it.
