So for my next PTTP cycle, I have decided on using the Deficit Snatch Deadlift (squat style). No other lift destroys your back and legs like this one.

Anyways, I need a good pressing movement to compliment this lift. Preferably one with a lot of carryover to other upper body exercises. What's your thoughts on skill-based gymnastic movements vs weighted basics? The Hollow Back Press hits almost every angle of pushing.
