Three months ago, I have bought myself three different mace bell 6,9 and 12 kilo. I am currently mainly doing them as a warm-up. I mainly do 10-2 and and 360.

Any thoughts on how often and how long the sessions should be, and what to avoid in order to prevent injury.


Grateful for all replies.

360's are my go to. 10 and 2's occasionally, but they just feel weird to me.
