I didn't realize you were in Ridgewood...I'm not too too far from you (I work in Short Hills).

No TSC for me this spring, but I have decided I want to try to do the October one, gives me a good goal to aim for.

Joisy!

When my wife's family lived in Doylestown, PA, we used to drive down 287 and would pass by the mall there.

Ah yes, the mall. It's down the street from my office, and I joke that I can barely afford to enter it, let alone shop there. I also know 287 well, I drive it daily since I live in Somerville (near yet another mall off 287... ;))

In any case, good luck in April, and hopefully I'll see you at the October one!

Yes, all familiar places.

We would sometimes take 287 to 202 and then 202 all the way to New Hope, PA, but more often, we'd get off 287 South at 78, then after 5 minutes get off at the Whitehouse Station exit and follow NJ-23 down to the Delaware and cross at Stockton. It's a beautiful ride through the horse country.

Hi, I recently registered for the female Novice category BUT today I feel that I'm not ready. I haven't trained anywhere close to what I should have. My question is, do I need to contact the facility to let them know that I wI'll be a no show or just not show? I'm aware that there aren't any refunds. I'll be prepared for Oct!!

In life as in the TSC, it's good to let people who are expecting you know when you're not going to be there. :) But, no, I don't think it's required that you do so.

May I humbly suggest you show up and just do something, anything? You've registered, so go deadlift whatever you want, even if it's an empty bar, do one kettlebell snatch, and see if you can do any bent arm hang. You'll be included in the results, and you'll have something to better when you do it again in the Fall.
