Off-Topic Arm wrestling

I was wondering how I could apply the "no more than 5 reps" and "don't train until failure" for strength to arm wrestling. I train arm wrestling by arm wrestling, and the only way I know how to train is to failure. I arm wrestle for about 2 hours once a week. Should I just decrease the amount of time?
