Been reading Pavel's article above. Got a couple of questions about the final routine (using dice):
1) As this routine revolves around the two-hand swing, rather than the S+S routine which revolves around the one-arm swing, can the two programs be combined? Alternating S+S 10x10 one-arm with this ladders routine of two-arm?
2) Can one go heavier considering this ladders routine is two-arm? I've been using one-arm 24kg kettlebells whilst doing S+S and can comfortably do 10x10 in 10 minutes with one-arm. I'm pretty sure based on past work 32kg two-arm for 10x10 in 10mins would be easy enough.
Thanks in advance!
